Delivery Issues

Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist if necessary but are not responsible for carrier errors.
Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if applicable.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Standard shipping delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after the item leaves our warehouse.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Processing Time Notice

After payment is successfully received, please allow up to 72 hours for order verification and processing. Once processing is complete, please allow an additional 1 business day for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Note: If any unforeseen delays occur (e.g., backordered items, supplier delays), customers will be notified by email.

An 8% Texas sales tax applies to all orders shipped within Texas.
We currently ship across all 50 U.S. states.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. We cannot accept return requests after 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part.We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Downloadable digital products (e-books, digital media, etc.).
Gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after:
We have received the returned item in our warehouse.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Important:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
