Wrong Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist if necessary but are not responsible for carrier errors.

After payment is successfully received, please allow up to 72 hours for order verification and processing. Once processing is complete, please allow an additional 1 business day for your order to be prepared for shipment.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. We cannot accept return requests after 7 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
