Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
We are unable to accept return requests after 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after:

  • We have received the returned item in our warehouse.

  • The item has been inspected and verified to meet the above return eligibility requirements.

 

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

Important:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

  • If the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Downloadable digital products (e-books, digital media, etc.).

  • Gift cards.

 

Shipping for Returns

 

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
